WJA Electron provides consulting & services primarily for, electron micrscopy and in particular Critical dimension SEM. WJA Electron offers cost effective and highly experienced support for their customers.  Equipment refurbishment, installation, modification, maintenance & decommission can be provided. WJA Electron can perform Schottky electron source (FEG) refurbishment, and typical consumables such as apertures and scintillators. Custom designs and modifications as well as digitizing of analogue equipment is also available.   Recently WJA Electron has embarked on a joint venture with BOK OPT from Melaka, Malaysia. The joint venture is to further support Asia business and to expand the capabilities of both parties. The joint venture, named BOK-Electron PTE Ltd, is incorporated in Singapore .
