We specialize in the installation, decommissioning, servicing, and repair of a wide range of high-tech equipment from manufacturers such as Jeol, FEI/Philips, Hitachi, and KLA-Tencor. Our services also extend to upgrading equipment for enhanced reliability or specialized requirements, either as standalone upgrades or part of comprehensive refurbishment packages.
Key Services and Upgrades:
SEM, TEM, CDSEM, Defect Review SEM, and E-beam Lithography: We provide full service and maintenance for these equipment types, ensuring optimal performance.
Upgrades:
Vacuum System Upgrade for KLA-Tencor 8XXX & eCD Series CDSEMs: A specialized upgrade including an electron source bypass valve for quick on-site electron source emitter changes.
Benefits: Lower cost of ownership, higher vacuum reliability, and ease of maintenance.Digitization of Analogue SEM: Bringing older analogue SEMs into the modern era by digitizing their scan and image acquisition systems.
Benefits: Enhanced image acquisition, improved visual imaging, faster alignment, more accurate scan calibration, and reduced time to publish images.
FEG / Schottky emitter electron source
WJA Electron offers a wide range of parts and consumables for field emission electron sources. We also provide comprehensive rebuild and alignment services for various electron sources, offering two options:
Partial Rebuild:
- Customers can install and bake the source themselves.
- Available for most field emission sources, with a specialization in KLA-Tencor CDSEM electron sources, Jeol JWS electron sources, and FEI SFEG modules.
On-site Electron Source Rebuild:
- Complete rebuild for KLA-Tencor CDSEM and Jeol JWS models, with other systems available upon request.
- Non-OEM electron source replacements are also available, offering easier in-house refurbishment.
Custom-designed bake-out equipment is available upon request for these services.
Additionally, we offer power supply/controller repair services. Please contact us for more details on this.
